It is human nature to feel
good about yourself when you accomplish something, but how does it feel when
some else recognizes your accomplishments?
We all love it when we feel
good about ourselves. How can we help others feel good about themselves?

Instead of
criticizing people for doing wrong, compliment them for what they do right.
2.
Take the time to
share your knowledge.
3.
Be sincere in
your compliments.
4.
Let them know how
you feel when they do something that makes you happy.
5.
Always assume the
best in people.
6.
Listen sincerely
to what others say.
7.
Help them solve
their own problems, instead of solving them yourself.
8.
Empower them to
make important decisions on their own.
9.
Share their
successes with others.
10. Thank them for all that they have done.
